With this module, the warranty claim
submission is done directly in the ASP. If Advanvced CAM or CAM for
fleets is being used, the warranty claim can be filed directly from the
work order. In any case the Web forms will prevent to
submission of some frivolous claims saving your company money. Important fields such as chief complaint, root cause, primary failed part,
primary corrective action, parts used, and outside invoices are all captured.
